Y'all, Living Proof Live this weekend was AMAZING!! It was just so so good!! I wish I could go to every single one from here on out. It was just such a blessing! This was my first one to go to and I just LOVED it!!! Here are some pictures from the weekend.  I have a million, as usual. :) Just a collage of some of the pictures.  Some of these pictures Hannah took...matter of fact, she took most of them.  She was clicking away the whole time. :) A couple of years ago, I was at the airport saying goodbye to my daughter, who was about to go on a mission trip to Africa, and this lady came up to me and introduced herself. She was so peppy and happy and acted like we'd known each other forever...that's my kind of friend!! :) I instantly loved her. She is an FSM pastor at my church.  She is also a city coordinator for Lifeway so when we first found out LPL was coming almost a year ago, we were definitely in when Nancy asked for volunteers. Whoa, it's been a long time since I've written!! I wrote a post awhile back but after posting it decided to make it private. I just have to be careful what I write since this is a public blog.  I never want to hurt anyone's feelings in any way so I always imagine that ANYONE could be reading this and then I am more careful with what I say.  Way back in the day, when I first started to blog on xanga, I had a protected blog and wrote about anything and everthing! When I wrote a protected post, only women could view it and only women that I chose.  That blog had way TMI!!! It is fun to go back and read, though! :) I went to bed way too late last night because I am reading this book: It really didn't sound like a book I'd be interested in but I got a sample on Kindle and am LOVING it!! Today is actually Nov. 9, 2013. I'm going through my blog and publishing the drafts. Looks like I never finished this one but I still want it on my blog. I don't know the exact date this was written but know it was in March 2011. ;)  There was a thunderstorm this morning that woke me up bright and early (around 5:30 am) so I've been getting things done around the house, such as laundry. I have a cold, too, so I'm not sleeping well anyway.  Both dogs are still asleep. :)  I saw the most adorable cell phone cover last week on someone's blog and decided to order me one. I look at my cell phone all throughout the day and I know having a cute cover like this will brighten my day every time I look at it. *I wrote this last night (on Word) on the 18th but am just posting it.  I’m on our flight right now home back to LR (our flight is only 1 hr. 35 minutes non-stop…now that’s my kind of flight). Our stewardess was SO funny doing her little demonstration. Mar and I laughed the whole time and then “woo-hoo’d” at the end and clapped! She was adorable! She reminded me of Kathryn if she were a stewardess.   We told her afterward how much we loved her performance and she said she loves to entertain people. Mar and I were the only people who cheered! People probably think we’re so obnoxious!  This has been a fun day.   We woke up early, as usual, but it was the best night of sleep we had all week.   I love having a lot of time to get ready in the morning….just no rushing. I can get up, spend as much time with the Lord as I want, talk to Mar, take long showers, clean up, etc. This whole week has been this way and I want it to continue back home. We’ll see. Mar and I had a great day of dog sledding and snowmobiling in Breckenridge. This morning is was dog sledding (or I guess the official name is "mushing"). And this afternoon, it was snowmobiling. :)  We woke up early this morning to a winter wonderland! It was just GORGEOUS outside!! VERY cold and snowy.  It was nice to see Colorado in it's true form. :)  Here's our daily self timer pix. There were men standing on the slopes that thought our condo was there's.  They were about to come in! I'm so glad we came out when we did. They were really nice people, though, and are above us...they just thought our door was their door. Pretty snow and big flakes!! It was so nice to walk in powdery snow after walking on ice all week.
