I so wish I blogged every day like I used to on my other blog. By the time I get a chance to blog, there is too much to say and it's too overwhelming to try to get it all down so I have to try to condense everything. Right now, I have a cold. It's not fun. The good news is that I can still smell and taste!!! YEA! When I can't taste, I get grumpy, because life is no fun without yummy food! Lamar is off work all week and I am loving that! Right now he is next to me reading This Present Darkness. We're about to go on a walk. It's 63 degrees outside! It was 15 degrees this time last week! I guess I know why I have a cold...this crazy weather! :) I love my girls! We had our first annual caroling extravaganza last week. It was so much fun and such a blessing! There were a lot of us!!! We caroled our neighborhood and everyone was so nice...some people took pictures of us, some sang with us, and this one lady got down on her knees, put on a Santa hat, and put her hands out ...

Kat and Ellie are here! :)

We've got all our girls with us! I couldn't resist taking a picture in church yesterday because all the girls had on black coats with scarves. They looked so cute. The sermon yesterday was amazing!!! It was so so good! Kathryn won a $50 Bonefish Grill gift card at church! Tim asked the church, "Who trusts me?" and she raised her hand quick and got to go up there and try to open the present...I say "try" because he made it impossible to open...it had to do with the message. She did end up getting her card, though. How much fun! Here we are playing with Rosie in the little boat. After church every Sunday we take Rosie to the little inside play area and she takes us on rides in this boat. Yesterday, she took us to Barnes and Noble. :) Ellie and Kathryn playing with Charlie Bear. How creative!!! Ellie is always coming up with things that I wouldn't think of in a million years! How cute! Okay, I have to go to zumba with the girls in 10 minutes! Gotta go get r...
Wouldn't it be wonderful if it snowed?! A white Christmas! Yesterday, it was kind of warm outside. Tomorrow, the low is 17, though! I love the cold weather. I love to bundle up and cuddle up, too! Last night, me, Mar, and Charlie Bear all laid in front of the fireplace and it felt so good. We had our carpets cleaned yesterday. They look so much better! It's nice to have all the stains out. This morning, Mar gave Charlie Bear a shower and now he is so clean and smells so much better! I blew him dry and he looks so soft and pretty. We also brushed him yesterday. It is always amazing to see how much hair comes out when we brush him!!! We had a trash bag full of his hair and I really think it was at least a couple of pounds! He looks skinnier now, too! HA! :) Kathryn and Ellie are coming today from Lousiana. It is always wonderful having them here. They are such sweet girls and so much fun, too! Macy's been out of town since Thursday. She took Andy, Michaela, and Kar...

The Most Wonderful Time of the Year

It is definitely the most wonderful time of the year! I love the Christmas season! I love the lights, the music, the cold weather, the clothes for cold weather :), and most importantly, I love to celebrate the birth of Jesus! This year, we are going to go caroling. I'm excited about that. I've got so many pictures, but December is a picture takin' time of year. Mar and I went to Wal-Mart to get Rosie a little Christmas tree for her bedroom and lo and behold, they had a PINK one!!! :) Mar insisted on getting her the pink so we did and she loved it (can ya tell?). We had fun decorating it, too. Last night, she kept talking about getting a purple tree. We had Hannah, Justin, and Rosie over to decorate the tree.....I know...there's a big bare spot. :) We tried to fix it and it looks a little better now. This time next year, I will have this room redone. It's been a year and a half since we've been in this house and I have a lot of updating to do...mainly in this roo...

PA BRUINS....STATE CHAMPS!!!! WOO-HOO! :)

Last night we headed to War Memorial for the State Championship game between PA and West Helena and we won!!! Zach and Pug both won state championship's their senior year so it's really neat! It was so exciting and so much fun! I am going to really miss going to football games next year. Of course, my nephew, Cannon, will be playing junior high year after next and then we'll start all over again so I have that to look forward to. Macy's last football game as a PA student was last night. She is so ready to go to college! Here are just a few of us cheering for Pug! It was REALLY cold!!! The great news is that I discovered (through a great tip from my brother-in-law) heated insoles!!! Where have these been all my life?! :) My feet didn't get cold!!! My toes got cold last week even in my Uggs so I was thrilled to find Toast-ti-toes heated insoles!! Great product! I love this picture. We were all about to pray on Thanksgiving and Marce (my sister) had to get a picture...

Thankfulness :)

I sure wish Picassa would let you post more than 4 pictures...it's probably a good thing...othewise, I would get even more carried away than I already do! :) Thanksgiving was wonderful! Well, other than the fact that Lamar was throwing up all day and Macy had a horrible toothache. Mar actually missed all the events up until the golf game Saturday morning. :( He was finally well by then. Anyway, we had a great time! I thought I'd post just a few pictures....4 to be exact :). I know I could upload more on my own but it takes too long and patience is not one of my virtues, although I am continously working on it. We all went to Shanny's and ate. I cooked 2 pans of hashbrown casserole and Coca-Cola cake, which is DELICIOUS!!! Here's me and 2 of my sisters, Marci and Shanny.....Hannah was in Searcy with Justin's family. Marci's a Jazzercise instructor, as I've mentioned before, and she's just so good! We always do a family Jazzercise class when she's in t...
